VOC recovery subsystem 2005---
The VOC recovery subsystem was manufacturing below 10m3/min air capacity.
With the air content regulation from April, 2010, the cheap apparatus more than a 50m3/min air content is developed.
Structure makes conventional absorption liquid absorb VOC.
And it is a system which enables it to reuse liquid and VOC by distilling the absorbed liquid.
Now, it is developing so that an apparatus price and a running cost may become cheap.
The feature is the absorption liquid (NEGISHIKEN development) and in the apparatus structure which carries out bubbling.
VOC gas, such as toluene, MEK, and ethyl acetate, is cleared 60-85% by 1CH of 50-m3/min in January, 2010.(In 2HC, it is not less than 80%)
