Anneal and Aging of a film

An improvement and quality of the yield can be improved by carrying out
annealing treatment of the film in front of each process.
It aims at losing the film internal stress which occurs at the time of
extension of a 2shaft oriented film etc.

The Annealing treatment method

The far-infrared supply method is recommended
The method of heating with a roll etc. as annealing treatment is common.
But, at our company, the far-infrared method which uses SL ceramic for the reason for the following is recommended.

s-itemThe electromagnetic waves of FIR are able to be able to cause molecule movement required for annealing treatment easily.
s-itemThe suitable temperature setting (molecule movement degree) for film thickness is possible because of the electric heating method.

s-itemThere is no difference of capability also in explosion proof specification.
  

The annealing treatment of a film is certainly possible in a short time by using SL ceramic.
The structure of Apparatus is changes to the character of a film etc.
Films, such as PET, PP, PE, OPP, OPE.
And resin sheets, such as Microporous membrane and Solar back sheet.
Annealing of all the above-mentioned sheets is possible.
